PQI Board Chair Receives Kolbe Award

On August 10, 2024, Michael Wick, Chair of the Powerful Question Institute Board, received the 2024 Kolbe Award from the National Shrine of St. Maximilian Kolbe–Marytown in Libertyville, Illinois.

This award is given to those individuals and groups who live out their Marian consecration in the spirituality of St. Maximilian Kolbe, Martyr of Auschwitz, at an extraordinary level, in pursuit of the spiritual and apostolic ends of the Militia of the Immaculata (MI) movement.

Past recipients include Mother Teresa of Calcutta, Fr. John A. Hardon, S.J., and Fr. Michael Gaitley.

Mike currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Director of Mission for the Diocese of Madison, Wisconsin.  In July, he was elected chairman of the Most Powerful Question Institute’s Board of Directors.

Mike and his wife Michelle are active in various Catholic organizations and other charitable activities.
